Lines of investigation

1. Latin American Literature: Line developed in the structuring axis of three courses called Latin American Literature Seminars, with a focus on contemporary debates on the interpretation of literary texts and their relationship with other modalities of cultural production in the Latin American context.

2. Cultural Studies: Line developed especially in the Cultural Studies Seminar course, but present in the entire curriculum, which delves into the theoretical approaches of studies on cultures with an interdisciplinary approach. From paleontology to technology, through philosophy, sociology and history, symbolic production is understood from its material base.

3. Critical theory: Line developed mainly in the course Problems of Latin American Theory and Criticism, although in the same way present in all curricular networks, it addresses the main contemporary debates of Latin American critical theory, in dialogue with critics from other latitudes.
